Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal Puerto Rican coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened food items, but we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full replacement or store credit.

Return Process

    Upon arrival, please check your package for any signs of damage or missing items from your coffee order.

    Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.
