How do you ensure the freshness of the coffee?
We roast our beans in small batches right here in Puerto Rico. To ensure maximum freshness, we vacuum-seal our coffee immediately after roasting and ship it within 24 to 48 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. While we specialize in delivering the taste of the island to the United States and Puerto Rico, international shipping options are available at checkout.
What is the difference between your 'Single Origin' and 'Estate' coffees?
Single Origin refers to beans sourced from one specific region of Puerto Rico, while Estate coffee comes from one specific farm, offering a unique and traceable flavor profile.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Absolutely. You can choose your favorite roast and select a delivery frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) to save 10% on every order and never run out of beans.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if your order is damaged or if you received the wrong roast, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
